A WhatsApp-native, AI-enriched audit system for construction. Auditors capture photos, voice notes, and text from site over WhatsApp; the system enriches each capture and turns it into a branded findings report and a structured register — no app to install.
The problem
Site audits generate a flood of photos and spoken observations that are slow to write up and easy to lose. The friction is between the moment of observation on site and a clean, branded report a client can act on.
The approach
Capture happens where auditors already work — WhatsApp. Each photo and voice note is enriched with AI vision analysis and transcription, then synthesised into a branded report PDF and a findings register that feeds the audit dashboard.
