A QR-based digital worker check-in and site induction system that replaces paper sign-in registers — workers scan in at the gate, confirm identity and induction status, and data flows into a central worker register.
The problem
Paper site registers are slow, error-prone, and give site managers no real-time view of who is on site or whether their induction is current. Reconciling them after the fact is manual and unreliable.
The approach
Replace the clipboard with a QR code at site entry. Workers scan, confirm identity and induction, and check in or out from their own phone — no app install. Records aggregate into a single live worker register for compliance visibility.
