SWMS Review Engine
A review-and-gap engine that compares a project's risk requirements against a subcontractor's Safe Work Method Statement and reports exactly where they align, where they fall short, and what's missing — keeping human approval as the final decision.
The problem
When a subcontractor submits a SWMS, someone has to check it against the project's actual risk requirements. Done by hand it's slow and inconsistent, and generic compliance commentary doesn't tell the project team what's genuinely missing.
The approach
The engine compares project risk requirements against the submitted SWMS and classifies each requirement with an explicit result state — so gaps are specific and actionable, not a vague pass/fail.
- Explicit result states: aligned, partial, missing, weaker-than-required, unclear
- Project-specific gap reporting rather than generic compliance commentary
- Human approval preserved as the final decision point — never auto-approval
- Designed as a separate review mode, distinct from SWMS generation
